What to expect at a first visit
A new-patient visit typically includes a comprehensive exam, any x-rays you need, and a cleaning. Bring your insurance details (or your CDCP member card if you're enrolled), a list of medications, and your questions — including the ones from this site. If cost is a concern, say so up front: knowing your budget helps the team plan care in the right order.
In pain? Say that when you call, and ask for the earliest emergency opening.
